Succulents grew from my fascination with how these quiet little plants survive and thrive in places that seem impossible. I wanted to capture that quiet resilience — the way they store life within themselves, adapt, and still bloom. As I worked in soft pastel, each layer felt like a meditation on endurance and grace.

The colours unfolded naturally, cool blues and purples meeting warm terracottas and golds, echoing how nature balances strength and tenderness. This piece reminds me that beauty often lives in restraint — in the calm persistence of growth that happens quietly.
