I’ve never felt confined to a single subject or medium. My art flows between detailed pet and animal portraits and expressive mixed media creations — and that variety is what keeps me inspired.

Pet & Animal Portraits   As a detailist, I find joy in perfection. Working with soft pastels allows me to capture every nuance of fur, every sparkle in the eyes, until the portrait feels almost photographic. The most rewarding moments are when I hand over a finished piece and see the emotions it stirs — sometimes even tears, especially with memorial portraits. Those reactions remind me why I love this work: it’s not just about likeness, but about memory and connection.

Mixed Media Explorations   Alongside portraits, I’m drawn to the endless possibilities of mixed media. I love discovering how textures blend together, layer by layer, and how colours harmonize into something pleasing and balanced. Each piece becomes an aesthetic accent for a wall — a dialogue between materials, colours, and imagination.

Why Both Matter to Me   Switching between these worlds might seem unusual, but for me it’s natural. Portraits satisfy my love for precision and emotional storytelling, while mixed media feeds my curiosity for texture, harmony, and abstraction. Together, they reflect the full spectrum of my creativity.
